REMSTROYUSLUGI offers construction of hangars as a complete service cycle comprising design, fabrication and installation.
Our advantages:
- An optimal price/quality balance (value for money). Since we use our in-house steelwork production, the cost of hangar construction is considerably reduced.
- Quick installation. You can choose a frameless (arched) hangar, which is installed much quicker than the frame ones.
- Modular technology. Our hangars are assembled of modular trapezoidal arches, the amount of which determines the length of your future hangar. The arches can be of varying heights thus determining the height of the future hangar. Structural elements are connected by galvanized bolts with special sealing washers. This connection makes it easy to disassemble the hangar and move it to a new location.
- Wide use. Prefabricated hangars are used everywhere - in trade and industry, agriculture, aviation, as warehouses of various purposes, such as commercial and industrial buildings.
- Diversity of configuration. Upon the client request, our hangars can be provided either as a complete package, i.e. the entire building or by individual elements. So if the client intends to use a steel hangar as a shelter or shed, the hangar can be delivered without end walls. Hangar to be used as a warehouse can be delivered with two different types of gates - sliding miter gates or sectional vertical gates. In their turn, sectional miter gates can have doors and windows. Gates drive can be either mechanical or electrical.
- Corrosion resistance - hangars are made of alloy steel with a high-strength aluminum-zinc coating which, according to test results, is 6 – 7 times stronger than conventional galvanized steel. All steel structures are supplied for the construction of hangars in full operational readiness, primed and painted. Sheet steel for hangar walls and roofs can be galvanized or painted which also improves resistance to corrosion.
- Tightness. Special bolt joints of our hangars ensure high degree of tightness and, hence, protection against external impact.
We offer arched (frameless) hangars and sheds with vertical walls.
Arched hangars
Their main advantage is low cost driven by low transportation costs and low foundation costs due to efficient distribution of loads over the foundation bed. Construction of hangars by this method is very fast - installation takes only a few days. Such arched hangars can be built on any soils without additional reinforcement of the foundation. The material is coiled steel
which allows you to adjust the radius of the arch structures and the width of the span depending on the client’s request and the purpose of the hangar.
Our company offers the construction of several types of hangars: cold and warm (winter) ones. The warm ones are insulated from inside with a special material. Another embodiment assumes placing an insulant or pouring a foam between the double arches. Our arched hangars comply with all applicable building codes and can be used in any climatic conditions.
Hangars with vertical walls
Hangars with vertical walls are built with the use of light steelwork and envelope structures of the walls and the roof. As envelope structures, we offer sandwich panels (preferable for winter hangars) or sheet steel (additional insulation is also possible). During the construction of two- storey hangars, our company manufactures columns out of steelwork that carry extra load. We also make internal partitions for the hangars of various materials depending on the client's wishes. All the joints are sealed and waterproofed.
