Our company is professionally engaged in fabrication of steelwork - special products made of metal and needed for construction of buildings and facilities of industrial and residential purpose.
We produce steelwork of rolled steel profile with low doping, which allows you to reduce the price of the product. We also use aluminum, iron and alloys of other metals to produce metalwork. Industry experts see the main advantage of modern steelwork in the combination of high strength with lightness. In addition, the buildings constructed with their use are reliable and durable.
Metalwork designed for the construction of buildings is usually made of steel, since this is by far the most durable and affordable material. Aluminum metalworks are also very popular, since products made of this material are much lighter.
Steelwork and buildings made of them are in great demand, because metal is among the most affordable and, at the same time, strong materials. Using metalwork it is possible to ensure high-speed erection of buildings, which is very valuable in the construction industry.
However, it should not be concealed that metalworks have some shortcomings, too. First of all, the products of iron and steel corrode in the open air and other media. Especially negative effects are produced by water vapors and some industrial and domestic gases. By this reason, additional protection of metal is used in metalwork production process. The cheapest and most common protection is metal coating paints. The second common protection method is more consistent, but expensive hot dip galvanizing.
In order to avoid corrosion of steel structures, their storage area should be to maximal extent protected against penetration of moisture which may originate from precipitations, evaporation and ground waters. Steelwork manufactured by our company is stored in controlled conditions ensuring air humidity below 60%. We observe the requirement which bans storing gases, salts and other chemicals that can become sources of discharge of aggressive media close to metalwork storages. However, according to GOST, a small percentage of metal corrosion is allowable. If this occurs, light rust must be removed with a usual dry cloth without any additional cleaning agents.
Our company fabricates steelwork in the plant environment, using modern equipment fitted with special instruments allowing strict control of the production processes. This allowed us to reduce to zero production errors and achieve production precision for our profiles of up to a few hundredth of a millimeter. Such a high degree of accuracy enables our clients to carry out the assembly on site with the ease of a children's play-kit with the help of self-tapping screws only.
Our company fabricates steelwork for all types of buildings such as industrial and military, as well as residential. Also, we carry out design and construction activities. We build hangars, townhouses, cottages, shopping centers and pavilions, warehouses, summer cafes, superstruct mansards, design roof systems, build garages, car washes, granaries and sports facilities etc. During the construction of all these types of buildings and structures we use internally produced light steelwork.
